2023-2024 Important Yearbook Dates and Information
*You must have filled out the image publication section in PowerSchool in order to have your image taken for the yearbook. Thank you!
Underclassmen and Retake Picture Dates:
Underclassmen Picture Day: Friday, September 1st
Underclassmen Make-Up Picture Day: Friday, October 6th
Senior Make-Up Picture Day: Friday, October 20th
Club Picture Day: Friday, November 17
Senior Picture Information:
All Formals and Casuals must be taken by Lifetouch Studios.
All poses (casual and formal) must be chosen by Tuesday, November 28th, and this is the LAST day to guarantee a formal and casual senior portrait in the yearbook. No exceptions will be made!

Personalization and other items cost extra and are NOT included in the prices above. *Yearbooks will be delivered in the fall of 2024 in order to include Prom and Graduation in it. Yearbooks will be available for pick up next summer during the Registration Dates.

Senior Ad Prices:
1/4 page - (4 pictures max) - $75
1/2 page - (8 pictures max) - $100
Full page - (16 pictures max) - $200
Cash, money order, or check made payable to Lord Botetourt High School Yearbook
Based on the space available, all pictures and text must be appropriate for the ad size. Parents must provide an email and working phone number in order to receive the proof of their child’s ad; otherwise, the ad will be sent to be printed without parent approval.
ALL DIGITAL COPIES MUST BE IN JPEG FORMAT; digital copies need to be emailed to [email protected]. You may also drop off physical photos at the school to be scanned and returned.

Please do not forget to have the Senior Ad form and all your information in by Friday, January 12, 2023.
In order to reserve yearbook space, be sure to respond by January 12. All information: pictures, text, money, and the form provided must be turned in to the yearbook staff by this date. It is understood parents must own the rights to the pictures they provide, and photographs must be picked up by the end of the academic school year; otherwise, they will be discarded. Space for a senior ad cannot be guaranteed until the yearbook staff has received a check. The space in the senior ad section is limited; therefore, the staff will continue to sell senior ad space until it runs out, meaning if it sells out before January 12, any senior ad request after space has sold out will not be able to be honored. Thank you!
